Afternoon Tea Our celebrated Afternoon Teas are a real treat. Enjoy assorted finger sandwiches, viennoise bridge rolls, our pastry chef's finest cakes, plus freshly baked scones and traditional tea cakes with Devonshire clotted cream and a selection of preserves. Guests can also choose from a variety of teas from around the world including loose leaf English breakfast, Earl Grey and 2nd flush Darjeeling, served with a timer so guests know exactly when the tea is ready! The Exchange Bar at the Sheraton Edinburgh Hotel is a member of the Tea Guild, a prestigious and unique organisation that requires members to brew and serve tea in accordance with the United Kingdom Tea Council.

Whisky
The Exchange is well-known for its range of malt whiskies. The bar is generously stocked with whiskies from all over the country; gentle, floral Lowland malts, powerful Speyside examples and tangy, peaty Isla drams.
