Throughout the months of August and September The Exchange is offering a delicious limited edition Silver Afternoon Tea to celebrate the Hotel's 25th anniversary.

The mouth-watering celebration menu includes delicious treats such as Silver Leaf Panna Cotta, 25th anniversary Chocolate Cupcakes and Champagne Truffle Surprise. Guests can also enjoy an assortment of finger sandwiches and Viennoise bridge rolls, including Crab, Avocado, Tomato and Spring Onion Fondue and rare Roast Scotch Beef with Horseradish.  Varieties of freshly baked scones include golden sultanas soaked in Tattinger Reserve NV Brut scones, with Devonshire Clotted Cream, homemade Rose Jelly and a selection of preserves.

Choose from a variety of speciality loose-leaf teas from around the world, traditionally brewed at your table and served with a timer so you know exactly when your tea is ready!
