At the Sheraton Grand restaurant, Santini, you'll find an altogether contemporary take on the best Italian cuisine in Edinburgh city centre.

As part of our continuing dedication to make the Sheraton Grand an even better place to visit, we are currently working on our brand new restaurant and bar.  While we undertake this exciting refurbishment, breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner will be served in Santini.

Whether you're here for coffee, lunch, a late supper or simply a drink with friends, Santini is now yours, all day, every day.  Our snack menu is available 11.00-23.00.
